Navy blue vintage dress in a sailor design V neck with a small navy blue insert and contrasting white braided band all around. Short sleeves also with a white braided band at the hem. Six contrasting, round plastic buttons are located in the center of the top. A waist seam and princess seams create a feminine silhouette.
