Ekologiskt Bovete – Hela & Skalade Inget tillsatt socker Chawan) with a bamboo whiskS hr kokar du Bovete: Berkna 0,5 dl bovete per person. Sklj bovetet i hett vatten och sedan i kallt vatten. Koka upp vattnet (1,5 dl per person) och tillstt bovete, salt och eventuella kryddor. Lt koka i 10 15 minuter p svag vrme. Anvnd till grytor, blanda ner den i grnsaksbiffar eller marinera och ha i sallad. Passar till s mycket!
