It contains the typical spontaneous blooms of the Marmilla area: Asphodel , Sulla , Thistle , Lavandula , Thyme and Cistus. This unique mix allows this wildflower to stand out. It is a wild millefiori and like all artisanal honeys its flavor varies slightly from year to year. It has a delicate, fresh and slightly fruity flavour.
