Highly heat conductive cast iron hob, with a welded rim to ensure a perfect seal. A drip tray is located on the front of the appliance. Electric heating via stainless steel heating elements, placed under the plate itself. Temperature regulated by thermostat from 120C to 320C. The appliance is built in compliance with all current CE regulations.
