Chateau Du Cedre Cahors GC 2014 Size::1 Bottle Lightly sparkling and pale pinkThe domain's Cuve Prestige, GC gives off intense aromas of black fruits, spices, and subtle, woody notes from its levage. On the palate, the wine is at once supple, powerful and generous, with a lovely structure. Made for laying down, this cuve will amply reward several years of cellaring. To produce this nectar of the gods, the wine was fermented in new, open barrels with a 500 litre capacity, and punched down at the beginning of alcoholic
