Made from a blend of 95% Malbec and 5% Merlot from vines aged 25-30 years old yielding 43 hl/ha
This 2016 is probably the most delicately coloured example of this wine we have seen — partridge eye I think we used to call it
at a site called Les Cerpes et Saint-Vincent
There is a beautiful fineness to this Champagne with real charm and elegance — no doubt the high percentage
this site has produced one of the country’s most sophisticated Rhône-inspired whites
Uccelliera Rosso di Montalcino 2023 chateau-bellegrave Made from a blend ofBright ruby red. The nose is fresh, fruity, cherry and red fruit, with a tannic note in the finish. The palate is dry, supple, quite tannic, well balanced, medium body, with good persistence. Pairs well with pasta and rice dishes, pies, vegetable dishes, red and white meat dishes.
