The wine will rest in bottle for 15-18 months prior to release

followed by alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts for 14 days

A very interesting nose with some gingerbread, crystalised fruits, toffee and linden flavours. Very fine and complex at the same time. In the palate, the tannins are soft and round. We feel again the fine flavours we had in the nose.
