Chartogne-Taillet Cuvée Heurtebise 2019 (Disg. Feb 2024) cremant-dalsace pepper and velvety tannins andCuve Heurtebise from Maison Chartogne Taillet is elaborated from the 2019 harvest. It's a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs champagne which is only sourced from this plot's vine. This cuve is dosed as an Extra Brut (4 5 gr l) in order to rebalance the aggressiveness and the bubble's vigor, without hiding neither fattening the wine's density. This marvelous champagne was raised in casks. It can be enjoyed for the aperitif as well as during the meal.
