The nose features vibrant grapefruit and white nectarine, with added complexity from partial wild fermentation, lees stirring, and oak maturation. The medium bodied palate is marked by crisp acidity and a creamy finish. Flavours of grapefruit, apple, and white peach are complemented by a hint of minerality and subtle oak influence.
