Handmade Lokta Paper Garland- Rainbow Robert Bissell Pomegranate Item Number AA982This garland features bright colored rainbows coming out of clouds, all cut from a variety of decorative Lokta papers. These garlands are made by hand in Nepal. A women's cooperative cuts and assembles each element of the garlands body and sews them together into an approximately 6 foot long garland.
