These bags are made of 10. 1 oz waxed canvas cloth which holds up great in the elements. They are 5" wide by 6. 5" deep and close with a sturdy snap. This was created to be a traditional Bushcraft item but has so many uses. You can put so many different items in here. We use one for our backpacking pocket stove, candle, fire starting supplies, snack items, and the list goes on.
