The grower who they source the grapes from has vines situated on gently sloping easterly facing vineyards at heights of between 230 and 390 metres above sea level. The soil is a clayey and pebbly limestone, well drained and quick to warm up. Wild fermented in 228ltr barrels of which are 1 year old. 10 months in barrel, regular battonage during the aging periods.
