A clean dark entry evolves into something rich, dense and rounded on the palate. Le Serines posseses a long, mineral finish helped along by silky, fine grained tannins. Le Serines is made from some of Yves Cuilleron's oldest vineyarsds in St Joseph and sees 50% new oak. This is a wine that needs a little rest on release and will be at it's best between 5 10 years
